Transfer Talk: Arsenal interested in signing a £24m-rated La Liga player

Gunners are in talks with Atletico Madrid for their interest in Thomas Partey and arranging to make an offer in January transfer window. Arsenal needs a new quality midfielder to replace Aaron Ramsey who planning to quite the Arsenal in this summer. The Ghanaian player is a brilliant option in this position as he had a good season.
